We came to Damara sheep through research, not habit. We were looking for a breed that matched the farming system we wanted to build — low input, resilient, commercially viable — and the Damara was the answer.
Our stud is registered with the Damara Sheep Breeders Society of Australia and the Rare Breeds Trust of Australia. We select for temperament, structure, maternal performance, and real-world adaptability — because those are the traits that matter when the season turns.
